Admin Menus and the Events Calendar

I'm turning on/off some features for the Event Calendar plugin but it doesn't work as intended. For instance the import feature won't turn off, and other features are missing, like organizers, etc. See below:

@stevejburge i'm not able to recreate this issue on my testing site as all hidden events calendar menu are removed for the role. I believe something else may be messing with the menu position for different roles and will be able to detect what's responsible if provided with a staging site with this issue as under normal site, everything works fine.
