Add Exclude options on Author List

It's currently not possible to exclude specific author from Author List. I think it will be great addition:

It's very important to have this capability. I have a couple hundred authors and want to exclude a few people who have only written a single post, so the list is more reflective of our main authors. If I manually include authors in the list, then I have to do that every single time I add a new author. It would be better to simply exclude a few and allow all the others.
