I can't get the cache files I keep getting Network Error error

Did you edit any config files?
Cache import must be enabled in the config.yml (it's enabled by default)

Also is https://studio-app.snapchat.com reachable at all?
And is your snap camera app working?

no I can't access
filters in the application do not come
