Investigate use of shacl-vue for linkml schema authoring

Since LinkML itself is specified in linkml and that specification exists in shacl as well (https://github.com/linkml/linkml-model/blob/main/linkml_model/shacl/meta.shacl.ttl), it could be possible to generate a schema authoring form using shacl-vue and this schema. This needs to be investigated further, especially looking into currently unsupported shacl features that would be needed to achieve this.
