Integrating into Visual Studio Code

I'm wondering if anyone has considered integrating zsh-sweep into Visual Studio Code? I'm in the process of researching it, but figured I'd ask if anyone has done it already.

This is something that I would find handy. I got here from shellcheck, which doesn't support zsh.

At a cursory glance it isn't that simple, but this is an obvious place to start figuring out how. Maybe someone from there would be motivated to help?

I created and issue on the vscode-shellcheck github repository, and one of the contributors was pretty clean that it was meant only for shellcheck.
