Radiator damage is not correct in some cases:

-Damage to vehicle occupants is supposed to be halved, but they receive regular damage.
-Damage to MAXes is supposed to be halved, but they receive no damage at all.
-Radiator damage from multiple overlapping bubbles is not supposed to stack, but it does.
