This past Sunday I captured an Skyguard appearing to fling into the base on the minimap. I believe it was caused by the driver bailing. During the animation of exiting the vehicle, it continues forward to other players. I was able to reproduce this:

Vehicles should have no more momentum once the driver bails under the current system. The upstream packets about the vehicle should cease after the driver disembarks. This is most likely a case where the last packet to everyone else was an indication of the vehicle's velocity.

This one should still be open. I would say it's not high enough priority to squeeze in before the event due to the likeliness of someone being able to use it in an exploitive manner, but it does still occur.
