of 2012, Decree 1074 of 2015 (chapter 25) and other complementary provisions that relate

called principles of personal data processing, which are established
in Law 1581 of 2012, which are: principle of legality, purpose, freedom, truthfulness,
transparency, restricted access and circulation, security and confidentiality.
The personal data collected corresponds to public, semi-private, private and sensitive data;
may include, but are not limited to, identification, contact, location, financial, academic,
labor, socioeconomic, health, biometric, among others, which have been provided directly
or indirectly by the owner in accordance with the purposes identified and authorized to facilitate the
exchange of benefits, goods and services, as well as in order to fulfill obligations
legal, commercial, civil and labor matters under their responsibility.
Any physical operation or procedure
automation involved within the data life cycle, which includes activities such as
capture, creation, use, storage, custody, maintenance, modification, access,
transmission, transfer, dissociation, suppression and elimination.
