name not saving on click, but on press enter

I wanted to change the name of Spink and Son Auction house, which Patrick had created to Spink USA buy. Ising the edit tool (the little pen) I changed the name, then hit the red check box. The name instantly reverted to the original.

The next time I didn’t hit the red check box, just hit return after editing the name, and it stuck.
