Poll list will not let you navigate past the first page of data. #372

Loading

For some reason, the site moves back to the first page every few seconds preventing view of the other pages.

How to test it

The list should allow the user no navigate to any page
Data should be loaded once (no background data is loaded after the spinners disappear)
