Setup form fails if directory name contains characters from extended ASCII set #32

If Azure active directory name contains character 'ó' then the setup form doesn't open because of the following error:

The root cause is an invalid UTF8 sequence that the FrontEnd is returning and it's causing ReadAsAsync to throw. e5d084f is a workaround for now until the front end is fixed. International characters will show up as ? with this workaround
