Describe the bug

We have seen some transient failures of test/atomfs.bat 'mount + umount + mount a tree of images works' test.

Example failures:

my pr feat: Support legacy 'import' directive and use 'imports' for future #543 had failed attempt in attempt 1 and success in attempt 3 here

The failures look like this: failed-run-output.txt.
