Add an additional setup quick step that guides users on any first time setup steps they may have to take.

Examples

VC Redist installation
libopengl0 installation on some Linux distros
macOS controller adapter setup

Which linux distros? I'm thinking of doing #2, but on my Arch Linux system I can't really find a libopengl(0) library.
