Initial full Controller support

We already have a basic controller support. To finalize this we need

• ideally initialize generic device object (or specific ones based on featuresets snd such?) or device paired
• allow easy client Interactions and handle clusterClients correctly
• subscribe to all data and update internally
• ignore client clusters logic wise but when present allow to conveniently add a binding?
• react to device attribute updates and reinitialize device objects when changed (prio b)
• trigger callbacks for adding, removing, changing endpoints when creating structure to allow programmatically reacting to it. Idea: action, device object, parent device object. And make sure parent always is triggered first.

Several Todo prefixed with "Controller" (see Project) will kickoff here. AFter that we need to see whats left
