This PR is still a work in progress and requires spec updates.
This PR adds the OnOff cluster to the Air Purifier example app. This PR implements the interaction between the OnOff cluster and the FanControl cluster as described in the Aif Purifier device type spec.
For a complete example, the interaction between the OnOff cluster and Thermostat cluster should also be implemented however this interaction is not currently described in the spec. Conversations about this interaction have started in the Air Purifier Tiger Team and a draft spec PR describing this interaction has been submitted.
