Show the result of a skill kit check for a skill - syntax errors? All required functions present? Unit tests passing?
Might even include sonar cloud results

just a quick Idea when I saw the empty Epic about devmode ;)
SkillKit status of a newly developed skill could be shown in the webUI

ha... to clarify: the check if the skill is working fine and maybe the unit tests: not the skill creation which is of course available in the webUI ;)
