[DeepSpeechASR] Show feedback "ASR still downloading"

Hello guys,

after I changed the language to German, it seems that they try to download the language model, unfortunately it never ends ( after 45 min.)

Hi,
I put it in German and saw the same message. It took me about 10 min then I ran "sudo systemctl status ProjectAlice" in the console and a message suddenly download ready -> files are seen unzipped. After about 15 min there was an automatic restart and then again a training from NLU.

I'm from snips with fhem and I'm trying to work on Project Alice for 2 days. But at the moment I don't really get ahead either.

sorry, that issue seems to have been lost in a rough time.

I haven't seen anybody in the discord with that issue so far (and I'm using german deepspeech as well)
If you still have problems, please report - or even better, jump in on Discord and somebody will be able to help right away!

running retest myself after I had a new setup anyways.
takes quite some time, but is expected for ~1gb via slow wifi --> couldn't find a problem myself and no new reports, moving to enhancements: Could add in a "still downloading" message like for NLU training in the GUI
