Benefits: first thing a new person sees when they open #information, allows people to immediately see the last time the thing was updated when they enter #information.

In case we want to do this, getting the first segment provided here and reserving it to send last should work.

I think we can do the change, since discord will show last messages first in a newly visited channels.

I just think it's better/simpler to keep the file and the channel in sync, and the text and code decoupled
