Pro Command

For the pro command to what extent do we imagine users will use it for?

Originally when I wrote this it was meant to just help users find out who can help with X.
Do we want to make it simple like this or add more on top?

First off, we should rename the command as "pro" is outdated. I feel that the command should work in two ways. Helpers can register their skills with the bot, and users can find helpers with the skills needed.

I don't have any ideas for the syntax of the command, however, so we should look further into that.
