hello,
I wanted to install two OS, but one installation failed due to network problem is there a way i can reinstall the other os?

Depending on how it failed, it may be listed in the maintenance menu. If it is, try reinstalling it or replacing it. If it isn't listed, then you need to reinstall both OSes.
