p-table : triggers lazy loading event twice whenever a new value is entered into a filter #16243

Describe the bug

When I enter a value into a filter, the lazy load event is emitted twice. If I press enter to apply an existing filter this does not happen

This issue #16182, was not fully fixed

macOS Sonoma 14.5

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Enter filter value into a filter, press enter button to apply filter. Lazy Load Event is emitted twice. Now press enter to apply same filter value into same filter, lazy load event is emitted once

Expected behavior

Lazy Load event should only be emitted once, whenever a new filter value is entered
