Describe the bug

The popup menu cannot be opened on a different target when it is already opened.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Click on one button to open the popup menu
  2. Click on the other button to try to open the popup menu
  3. See that the menu cannot be opened on the new target

Expected behavior

The popup menu can be opened on a different target when it is already opened
