TabMenu: Tooltip does not work using tooltip field

Describe the bug

Setting tooltip field is not working, no tooltip is displayed.
The same applies to title field but there is a bug for that: #15500

Hi, could you use tooltipOptions object and set tooltipLabel?

Therefore, this improvement may have been developed in another issue ticket without realizing it. You can check this in the documentation. If there is no improvement on this, can you open a new issue so we can include it in our roadmap?
