Describe the bug

case :
using iphone with arabic language
when starting typing numbers in the component the number 1 is neglected

Environment

browser chrome or safari from iphone with arabic laguage
set the iphon language to arabic and test the input number

Steps to reproduce the behavior

change language of your iphone to arabic
start using input-numer of primeng
the arabic number 1 will be neglected

Expected behavior

expect to act like english and save number 1 in arabic
