Currently, there's good documentation on downloading the different functional scans. Similar documentation should be completed for functional scans. Currently, the website is incomplete.

Hello Ben,

We are still in the process of organizing the anatomical data and will update the download directions when it is available.

Is there an update on this? As far as I can tell the python script download_abide_preproc.py does not give any details regarding structural file downloads.

I'm also checking how to download structural scans, did you find out?

Hello, have you found a way to download preprocessed structural data? I never found a way to download it.

Only way I've seen thus far is downloading from XNAT and under each subject there is a "anat" folder that has the T1 MPRAGE

@neuroneuroneuro @dzjin5678 I was able to download the structural scans but I can't find information about age at scan anywhere. Do you have any idea? Thanks a lot
