Incorporate feedback from WS24

We received a lot of feedback during the 2024 workshop, which we plan to publish separately.
We should act on this feedback and update the checklists.

Main suggestion (discussing with @uekerman):

Instead of "bronze/silver/gold", we only have one level, "passing". Additionally, we have a pool of further optional criteria, that one could individually pick from. Each should include a motivation sentence. The "passing" will end up being stricter than "bronze", to include standardization aspects.

The website in the end will contain a list of all passing cases, without any hierarchy. The additional optional criteria will be documented individually. An additional legacy list would include non-passing/non-evaluated cases and adapters.

Timeline-wise:

1. rework both lists
2. write blog post summarizing feedback and reactions
3. reach out to individual adapter developers
