The IAB has defined GPP section IDs for 10 additional US state privacy regulations.

See the Prebid.js issue for the normalizations that Prebid Server will need to add to the US General Privacy module.

I think this is blocked by the pbs equivalent of prebid/Prebid.js#12454, as you would normalize to the version 2 string for usnat, which isnt yet support afaik
