No database selected #2

I get a No database selected error when i run the app on localhost.

I have created a DB in phpmyadmin. this is my config for .htaccess

SetEnv CLEARDB_DATABASE_URL "mysql://root:irmcicat07@localhost:3306/garismart?reconnect=true"

Is there an error with my config?

what values go here mysql://username:password@localhost:port/database?reconnect=true during db setup
