Errors in Elastic Beanstalk Step

I get an errors when trying to deploy during the Elastic Beanstalk part of the tutorial. Sorry for the lack of detail, but I wasn't able to find the errors after installing the eb cli tool. But I don't think this part of the tutorial works anymore.

Hi @ohthepain, you might need to set up an IAM user and then a Role with access to

  | AWSElasticBeanstalkRoleWorkerTier | AWS managed | 2
  | AWSElasticBeanstalkWebTier | AWS managed | 2
  | AWSElasticBeanstalkWorkerTier
