[Feature Request] Per category autoupdating

Describe the feature request
Currently, powercord's autoupdater updates Powercord itself, plugins, and themes, or none of the above. An option should be added to allow per category (maybe even per plugin and theme) autoupdates.

For example, I would want to allow Powercord to autoupdate itself and it's own plugins, but not allow autoupdates for third party plugins, but allow autoupdates to themes.
