Spotify Controls dont update with local files

Describe the bug
When playing local files on spotify the media controller in powercord only shows the first song being played and does not update the name.

To Reproduce
Put local files in spotify and then play them, only the first one will show.

Expected behavior
Text should update based on the song playing

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows
• Powercord version: Upstream: Official Revision: [fada35c] Branch: v2 Latest: true

Additional context

• I checked if Discord and/or Powercord are up to date
• I made sure this is not related to an external plugin or a theme
• Song playing updates in user popout profile.

You may want to actually fill out the template instead of just putting the words Spotify controls in front of the default title and thinking that people will just be able to know what the problem is and how to reproduce it.
