Adding accounts with 2FA

As of I know, 2fa tokens expire when you logout and so the token that you have put in multitask becomes invalid if you logout to add another account.

I know there is a js snippet that doesn't make the token expire when you logout but it might be good to add that as a button somewhere for ease of use (which AccountSwitcher did).
