User-Specific Local Part Restrictions for Email Access

[GER-PAL]

Allow administrators to define specific email local parts (username part) that each user is permitted to send or receive messages with, enabling greater control over email usage and improving security by limiting unauthorized access to certain email aliases.

Example:
User A is granted access to "info" and "sales" local parts, allowing them to send and receive emails only as [email protected] and [email protected].
User B is restricted to "support" and can only use [email protected] for communications.
User C has no restrictions
