State of repository / maintainership?

Hello! First off, a hearty thank you to the maintainers and creators of Postal — it's a huge feat and tremendously useful.

I was curious as to if there was an explicit status as to Postal's status or maintenance level somewhere. It looks like pull requests have stalled out a little bit over the past few months; reference to a new API was made in Q2 but I haven't been able to track anything along those lines.

If the answer is simply "yes, still very active and interested in maintaining but we're busy with other projects" that's totally understandable! I just wanted to check as we figure out some more substantial infra investments over the next few months.

In lieu of a response here, we'll plan on forking Postal with the aims of adding expanded API coverage! The ultimate goal would be to upstream these changes, so I'll link the fork here once it's published.
