Get reliable data
Install PhantomJS and put it on your PATH.
Go to the jambalaya folder and:
* Run _pipenv install --dev_
* Run _pipenv shell_ to activate the virtual environment
- Install a DB client
- Login using details for the DB are in rds_config.py
