Misaligned padding on reference settings table filter UI

What's incorrect or missing

The reference settings table filter popup has gotten a little wonky: the "Value" input no longer lines up with the other two inputs.

What's the resolution?

I'd guess there was some update to the MUI library that changed these styles, or we have some style override that needs to be updated?

Wow, that's an eyesore. Thanks for pointing this out. Hopefully it's a small fix. I'll take a look and ask for help if needed.

Thanks Zach... the tricky thing is that the filter UI looks fine to me when I run the docs site locally. I figure there must be something that turns out differently between dev mode and the production build, but I don't know what it might be.
