I wonder if you consider adding a Trial license that gives a 14/15 day trial period. May be you can call them PolyForm-Free-15D-Trial and PolyForm-Free-32D-Trial.

@tamalsaha thank you for this suggestion.l

@heathermeeker will recognize your proposal for a PolyForm-Free-X-Trial pattern. She did much the same with the Fair Source license that she drafted for SourceGraph.

I'm not immediately against "templatizing" the license to allow for different-length trials. But it would take a new version, some thought, and some additional language to make that work. I do think we ought to weigh all that complexity against the simplicity of a single, fixed form.

In the meantime, this repository includes a public license for the terms of the licenses themselves. You and anyone else is free to copy and modify them. However, you will need to change the name of the license and make clear that your modified license does not come from PolyForm. Please mind our trademark, which we must guard jealously, to protect the integrity of the terms we publish as an organization.

I understand that. That's why I reached out. Do you think we can get a template version in a short time? Then we can wait. Otherwise, copy paste is our option.

PolyForm doesn't publish licenses to order. We have to work through the group. As a rule, folks shouldn't hold themselves up waiting on PolyForm.
