Why format is different on 05/30/2024 03:30 PM vs 30 May 2024 15:30:00

To Reproduce

  1. Open https://dev.podkrepi.bg/en/profile/certificates
  2. Login with user with online donations
  3. Check format of dates from calendar and format of dates in table? (Not easy to understand for the user)

Expected Behavior

Expected same format on two places.
