DSM system not possible to find and ETH ports are inactive. #401

DS3622xsp -- I have an issue to find a synology. After the booting the DSM system I can not find the device in find.synology.com
Also all eth ports are disconnected (no ligths active) and only one is port is blinking on yellow (10 Mb speed).

Could you please help me to fix it?
