DS920+ Asking for installing/initializing after day again

Hi,

I have problem i already installed everything and move my files there but after one day its ready to install/initialise again :( wtf?

and that hdd with all files is not detected in new install dsm, this is so stupid

is there anyway to move just hdd to new synology without old one? i got basic partiton ext4 i can use the dmde to recover that but will take many hours
