In which directory command line: {
cd parser
make
}
should be inserted?

It looks like parser module is renamed as per eb7ddcf#diff-05570cb5eca8d9e0040d1e2d8a59867c

So, it should be:

cd jskparser
make

instead, at the top-level directory.

@droptablestar We need to update the top-level README accordingly?
