Pros

• They take Bitcoin (obviously)
• Maintain a PGP signed canary file
• They used to offer service half price if paid in Bitcoin
• Founded by Peter Sunde with a real history of free speech advocacy
• They had (may still have) Parliamentary Immunity through TPP
• The will throw you a 3 day voucher if you simply ask
• Pretty good tech support in my experience, if your not a moron.
• Very friendly to torrenting or pretty much anything you want.
• Encourages user to register as "John Doe"

Cons

• Only one farm of servers
• All traffic out of the VPN comes from Sweden
