Future of "type" field in members list #16

Currently we have a "type" field in our memberlist. It's only shown in the list of expired members, and appears to be unused.

We are considering removing the display of the field but keeping the field internally.

It may be a reference to associate/corporate members - see PLUG/Members.class.php for some details.
