Uploaded file causes Internal server error

Dear team, I own 2 systems, both systems hosted @ same webhost. 1 System is still running fine the other one stopped working in a weired manner.

1. Images have gone
2. Files cannot be downloaded anymore. I get this

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator at root@localhost to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

What I did: I updated to latest Pluck but it did not solve :-/

When I put the docs into images thru FTP then these are accessible....weired

Have you looked in the error.log what the error message was? maybe the file was to big for your PHP configuration?
