Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There is some general Volto functionality, like multi-block copy/cut/paste, that is useful to all page editors and not (at all) obvious until you're informed about it. Furthermore, once Volto user documentation is available, that needs to be made expediently discoverable as well. I strongly suggest using the empty block "Block" right sidebar to provide more essential info like this in a concentrated way.

Describe the solution you'd like
I strongly recommend dividing the empty block Block right sidebar tab into sections that cover essential editing features, containing the details about those features in collapsed areas, as in an accordion block.

Some sections I can suggest offhand:

There probably is other fundamental functionality that I missed. The crucial thing is to find a balance between providing enough and not including details at the expense of space for more crucial details. A key to relieve pressure to include too much is to use "see more" links that lead to more expansive documentation.

Great minds think alike! See #3811 (comment). That issue discusses mostly just the style of content, but mentions content for a text block and using the universal help icon (❔) to link to the relevant Volto Editor page in the docs, based on the context.
