In many implementations, data element values are supposed to be a count of TEIs. As such, the data elements are configured as Positive or zero integers.
Currently, PDAC creates indicators with default decimal outputs - which generates decimals that make it impossible to import to data elements which are Positive or zero integers - unless decimals are manually updated or data element value types changed
