Add "Protected Areas" #52

Suggestion: I'd add "Protected Areas" under "Places" main category.

Since there are many types, we could start with:

"Natural protected areas": protect_class=1 to 6 (natural park and protected land of all sorts)
"Cultural/historic sites": ~~protect_class=22 (cultural heritage)~~ (already covered by Culture->Historic), 24 (aboriginal) and 26 (ancient site).
Bonus "Low Emission Zone" (this could go under "Transportation")
