for pubsub voting once implemented plebbit/plebbit-js#25

will have the same (future) functionality as https://seedit.eth.limo/#/communities/vote

so the route should probably be /boards/vote

the UI should probably resemble 4chan's board archives and 8kun's boards list, including buttons to "vote for" or "vote against"
