Create an Archive Page for past schedules for PLClub Discussion Group.
Schedules measured on a semester-ly basis.
(Namely, we need a basic one for storing Fall 2019.)

So should archived talks go into a separate folder in the repo? That's the easiest way to classify which ones are current, unless we parse the semesters and hardcode the current semester.
