Creating user accounts

How do you create new users accounts?

Answering my own question (this was not documented anywhere):

• Login with demo@demo and password demo
• Create a new account through the UI with admin privileges
• Logout
• Login with the new account
• Delete the "Demo" account

Note it would be great if we could prioritise SSO via #200 as the fastest/simplest way to manage users securely.

I've just installed Planka using the official docker-compose file and I'm unable to login using the default credentials demo@demo with password demo.
I get the following error:
Invalid e-mail or username

Ok I figured it out.
I had not removed the comments for the demo account from the compose file.
